I had brought beers and left them in the fridge for the day. When I came back, the beers were frozen. I went to the reception and the girls just said to put them in hot water. I know how to defrost liquids, I wanted to be compensated somehow because frozen beer is lost, but no. Nothing. Someone came in the room and repaired the fridge.

The floor wasn't too clean because when I walked with bare feet, I feel lot of particles on floor. So i had to put on my flip flop. Besides that front desk staff were friendly and very efficient. I purchased a family room but there were only two towels, but the staff brought the other two towels very quick! The hotel is nice and convenient. The price was fair as well. I give 8 out of 10!

This hotel was spacing clean. Room had a long bench for suitcases and drawers underneath. Great breakfast room and choices. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. Lot and lots of nearby restaurants.

Parking wss great and we felt safe walking the area in the late evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous. One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in.
