The floor was dusty and the room had a weird smell. The room’s door only had a deadlock and no lock on the door handle or an extra latch. The elevator was far away from the reception desk, making it difficult to carry multiple big luggage bags.

It took an hour to get to the hotel whixh should have be a 6 min drive. I called 3 times the hotel to get a shuttle. Room was small, heating system very noisy, curtens were not closing all the way to have a dark room.

The property is in significant disrepair. I am honestly shocked. There are stains all over the walls, curtains, lamp shades, etc. There is damage to the interior doors. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this neglected.
