I kindly and promptly requested this reservation be changed by one day earlier, more than 14 days before the hotel day, and only 15 minutes after making the online reservation. However, the property failed to contact me or . to contact Expedia. This "Quality" (NOT!) "Inn" hotel took my money without giving me any benefit of the doubt, like thieves wanting to enrich themselves by stealing new customers (I am new to Expedia!). I feel cheated by these nasty people (can$200), who behave like unreasonable computer robots after I clearly explained this was an honest mistake in the dates, inserted by a reload of the webpage. Do not stay at such a nasty, discourteous and delinquent hotel, Quality Inn - Dorval. It has absurd business rules and no morality.
