Please note we have a 48amp universal EV charger on site that can charge both NACS (Tesla) and J1772.

- Each bedroom is equipped with a bed (1 king + 3 queen), a closet with 10 hangers, an Airplay capable smart TV and a wireless phone charger.
- 2 out of 4 bedrooms have a desk. Each desk is equipped with 2 * 24 inch dual monitors, a usb-c docking station and a wireless keyboard/mouse combo (see pictures).
- Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms are equipped with a 65 inch smart TV. Upstairs living room has a PS4 with 4 controllers and a reclinable leather sofa. Downstairs living room has a large leather sectional sofa and 3 adult sized beanbags.
- Modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge, a stove, a toaster, a keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher. Water dispenser on the fridge. Extra foldable chairs in the closet.
- 2 full bathrooms, each has a shower. Ceramic shower in the bathroom upstairs. Modern & clean large capacity, high efficiency washer & dryer in the bathroom downstairs.
