Good place to stay. Modern, clean and excellent staff. However it is right on the TransCanada Freeway so lots of 24/7 traffic and noise. Our room looked right out onto the freeway so ear plugs were provided. Other than the noise, a very good hotel!

Yes the room was clean, staff was WONDERFUL however it was so gross that there was no hand sanitizer by the food for the breakfast. There was people coughing and spreading germs everywhere and there’s no hand sanitizer. It’s the first place I’ve been where there wasn’t any. Also it was very frustrating that there was a hotel full of people and they only had two carts for people to use for all of their luggage and stuff. There was four of us staying in our suite and we had a lot of luggage and a lot of shopping stuff and we waited 2 1/2 hours for a Kurt to bring our stuff down and then the elevator took 45 minutes to get to us They finally said that they could go to maintenance and get a dolly, which is what we ended up doing because we waited too long for a cart. The breakfast, there was only bacon the last day and everyone knows how much everyone looks forward to the Bacon lol it sucks it wasn’t Bacon every day like some of the other items that were there I do have to say, however, the staff were amazing

Linda at the front desk is a rock star!! What a personality!! She makes you feel like she’s welcoming you to her home. Juan in maintenance was incredibly helpful and kind. Therese took great care of me at the Breakfast Bar. I’m a disabled guest staying independently. Great facilities, very accessible. I had a wonderful stay
