I was here with the family for a 1 day layover. The staff were friendly and helpful with how to get around town and suggested things to see. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled and I contacted DoubleTree through this app to tell them not to cancel my 2 room, three night booking for a school trip. When I arrived with the kids, it had been cancelled, and, they would not allow me to use the rooms. The desk said the manager would have to grant a refund. So, with nowhere else to go and it being late, I booked two rooms for two nights. After over a week of efforts, the manager has refused to give the refund, meaning, we are out the cost of two rooms for three nights…

The restaurant staff trying to cheat

I had booked the room with breakfast and still the staff tried to charge me for the breakfast. I still have been charged additional charges fo which I am going to raise a dispute.

Comfortable and convenient to the airport

We had a fantastic spacious room that had everything we needed in it. We were very comfortable there. The breakfast was a little pricey, but excellent, with great service. The airport transfer was extremely efficient and helpful. There is a little strip mall a short walk away. It was a perfect place to stay before a flight.

The parking fee is a big eyesore. The prices are already jacked up due to the proximity to the airport so it really doesn’t help to charge parking fee per night. Also why isn’t there a price tag listed with the lobby snacks?
