room excellent until a mouse paraded through. front desk acted immediately and gave us new room. in the morning, we went to get shuttle to airport. there were 2 scheduled as there was one for private group.

Floor in room had quite a bit of damage and should be replaced. Upper door lock didn’t work and hot water seemed limited when showering Staff was all good.

Could you arrange a ticket process for your airport shuttle? Trying to catch an early flight is difficult enough but worse when there is a stampede for your airport shuttle.

The room had not been cleaned properly with remains of someone’s lunch on the table. The brown carpet had obviously not been vacuumed with stuff clinging to the bottom of my feet, icky! The soap dispenser in the shower had unglued and was on the floor. No toilet paper in dispenser - not good enough.
