the staff was courteous, room clean. In the morning we were down by 3:55 for the 0400 shuttle but it was already gone because it was full. When the driver came back we were already 5 who missed the 04 o'clock departure. The driver accepted us on board and drove us to the airport before the next scheduled time! That was beyond his normal work. Thanks

The woman who checked us in seemed to be annoyed that we had booked through Expedia, the room we were given was dirty and the bedding smelled like someone else had slept in it. The alarm kept going off all night and we did not know what it was at first, when we called down to ensure everything was okay there was no answer, so we left to evacuate just to be told it was fine. Then the alarm kept going off throughout the night. Terribly uncomfortable stay.

Nice hotel only 5 minutes from airport with shuttle every 30 minutes. Friendly staff, clean room. Probably one of the darkest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in.
