Simple very clean room. Loud refrigerator, had to unplug it.
When I called ahead to confirm my reservation, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, saying I had to call the online booking service and could not get answers from them directly. He seemed to have a difficult time understanding me due to a language barrier and hung up on me. I would have cancelled at that point, but couldn't due to my plans. The staff was courteous in person, but was not the person who had answered the phone. If they don't want to help customers via phone, why do they even answer the phone?
