Be careful if you are latino

Our stay was really good, the view to the lake from our room was beautiful and we spent a really good time during our stay There's only one bad review from our POV, it's about the people working on the reception, only one guy on our arrival was super chill and nice with us on Saturday but after the change of shift was another lady and Sunday morning a man and another lady they were very rude, of how they were talking to us and the way to see us, we didn't felt welcomed with them

Just came back from a wonderful weekend at the Grand Lodge Tremblant. The staff at the Lodge were warm and welcoming. We spoke to several different staff members and all were positive and informative We ate dinner at the Whiskey Bar and had the buffet dinner, both were delicious! Only feedback for the lodge is that the rooms are starting to get a little run down, we were disappointed we couldn’t use the fireplace even though it was cool at night and there was no kettle in the room for tea. Highly recommend anyone to stay here, lake side view for some of the most amazing morning views to enjoy your coffee OR TEA! We will be back

Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces, amazing view from the balcony, comfortable room including full kitchen and two bathrooms. Only negative was the stove was only partially working.

This is a very nice hotel, situated in front of a beautiful lake. The staff are nice, pleasant and friendly. They deserve the popularity that I believe they enjoy by their repeat customers. However, there are some signs that perhaps the hotel is not being kept up as it should. Small signs, such as run-down pedalos and kayaks, and fewer of them. And at times towels are not still delivered by afternoon! I sure hope that the management will take good care of the facilities and maintain this little corner of paradise.

Vacation with grandkids

Booked 2 rooms side by side. Confirmed this by phone couple days prior. Upon arrival after getting keys, rooms weren’t dude by side. This was corrected immediately. Rooms were ready at 2pm which was nice. Rooms are the same, not new but love them and very well equipped. You can see they are doing changes slowly. Love the free rentals if kayaks etc,

The hotel is nestled in a charming spot with a stunning view of the lake, creating a super relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly. Noone bothers you during your stay and if you call them they are quick to respond. On the flip side, I didn't appreciate that the rooms are cleaned every three days and there was always a shortage of towels down by the beach.
