The hotel lobby is simple but welcoming. The room is clean and typical of most standard hotels I’ve stayed in. I really appreciate the water station that provides both hot and cold water for guests’ convenience. The complimentary shuttle service is a great feature—it runs every 20 minutes between the airport and Tung Chung station, which makes getting around effortless. The staff were courteous and respectful throughout my stay. The hotel’s buffet restaurant was decent, though I think the breakfast options could be improved with a wider variety. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Ngong Ping Cable Car or Hong Kong .

The rooms are spacious and staff are friendly

The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint.
