I was given a room that, when I let myself in, was occupied by a man who was in the unlocked room! There I was fad to face with a complete stranger. I ran out immediately. They gave me an upgrade that meant nothing to me given I was only going to be there for 12 hours, and paid for my parking. Personally, I felt I should’ve been comped the entire room. They said they couldn’t do anything for me because it was booked through a third-party. What can Expedia do for me?

Great location right across from the Mayo Clinic. The room was nice but a bit smelly. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was very tight—if a car parks slightly off, it becomes nearly impossible to park next to it. Overall, the convenience made up for the minor issues.

There was not one staff person that we encountered or talked to that was not either in a bad mood or just not nice. I believe I encountered three different people. Also, the towels were more like sandpaper. It was literally like exfoliating when you were drying your skin. Parking ramp had a lot to be desired. The room itself, though was just fine!

No counter person when we arrived. Was charged 15.00 per day for parking in the motel parking lot. Seems excessive. Plus 1.22 tax on credit card for each night stay. Total bill came out to 659.84 not the 594.84. On top of the fact we were there for cancer treatment for my daughter which has already costs us plenty. I would think most people who stay there could get a break if they are in treatment at mayo.

The location was perfect for those of us that have to use the mayo clinic for care. I love that I did not have to worry about my car necause of the on site parking ramp. Driving 4 hours to your lopatient made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank-you
