The sink was outside the washroom which was very inconvenient and we couldn’t close the bathroom door. The property should mention that they have a sink outside the washroom. Someone just opened the door when we were resting as well. The lamp light and shade were on the top of the table, so we fixed it.

This was my 4th time staying at Riviera, and not my last. This was my second time at the newer suite building accross the street from the main building. The suites are spatious and clean. Staff are always super friendly.

We were without hot water for 2 days, their solution was to use another room to shower. We should get a refund for 2 days due to this. Area around property was loud with people partying all night long. Would not recommend this hotel

Hi, it was a nice welcomed by two smiling young people at the entrance. They upgraded our room. The width of the room was also good, but the furnitures were old, the carpets were dirty and I saw a small insect, unfortunately. There was a message on the windows that please don't open it and this disappointed us. They withdrew $37 from my credit card after the checkout, I don't know why. The employees in the bar department were not very friendly. The general cleanliness and location of the hotel was very good. The pools were also pleasant.

I like how close everything was included the free tour bus look like they try and keep the property clean and the workers was nice you do have free happy hour from 5-6 but it is a short list and only one drink now what I didn't like was the English was a little off from the worker that work the bar and food area I got breakfast and wanted sausage instead of bacon with my pancakes and eggs and somehow she made a extra side of bacon so I got charged for extra bacon and I didn't want the bacon that came with my breakfast so now I got two orders of bacon next is the shower at least on the 3rd floor don't have a full glass door or a curtain so the water gets on the floor and it seem like people can see in the window to the shower since it have blinds and last no microwave which is fine but the little refrigerator have there stuff in it that they will charge you if you eat or drink anything so you really don't have a refrigerator either

Amenities are great with two pools and a cozy restaurant/bar in the middle. The hotel employees are very attentive and polite. Some of the room features need modernization: bedside lamps with outlets, fan in the bathroom, lights above the kitchen area (stove, countertops). And I know its's a tropical climate, but there were some small bugs scurrying about the room.
