Wonderful Experience

Staff were amazing and friendly. Room was great and clean. Lobby’s were nice with lemon and cucumber water and coffee and tea for morning. Felt secure and safe. Close to the beach and they offered beach towels. Highly recommended hotel.

Charming South Beach Boutique Hotel

A nice boutique hotel just 2 blocks off the beach. This is a family-friendly hotel with a charming ground level pool and a fun rooftop pool. The room was spacious and very inviting. The complementary happy hour drink at the hotel bar was a nice surprise. I recommend the Nogal Sunset!

ALLERGY WARNING - cleaning smells over the top

The staff was nice but so much was not what we expected. The chemical cleaning smell was so intense I could barely breathe in all common areas. The rooms were worn down (broken bed, broken coffee makers) and be aware - parking is an extra $40 per day which is communicated via email as $30 per day, after you make your non refundable booking. We heard noises from above, constantly and the beds are most certainly not “pillow top” as described online.

The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. However the room was not cleaned or towels changed even when left on the floor. We would need to go ask for new towels. The room smelled very musty and damp and only if you turn the ac off does the smell stop. It has rhe potential to be a better place with some improvement.

I really liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff. It smells amazing lobby areas and its decorated nicely. However, I recommend that they should use the freshner on all floors! I had the one very spacious 1bedroom suite. It was very CLEAN. The pools are extremely small but the Bamboo area is very tranquil with very comfortable lounge seating.
