This property has an arrangement with Doral, a shuttle service that ferries to the Cruise Port. We did make return arrangements with Doral back Red Roof. We paid ahead in cash and they would honor this payment. Red Roof Inn would dothselves

A nice place for a day or two

The hotel was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did accommodate us because we had issues in the first room. They did move us to another room so I thought that was very nice of them and oh the food truck that’s on the property alongside the bakery that’s inside was very good

Dont stay here! No free breakfast as advertised. Vending machines are broken. Food truck on premises that was expensive and inedible. Customer service doesn't know what's going on and when they figure it out they dont tell you. The absolute worst stay in my life!

Bed sheeting had stains, even the clean ones. Barely no tissue on roll until housekeeping came. Dirty and smells horrible in hallways and elevator. No dining
