This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is poorly run and does not care about guests at all.
Check-in was late, disorganized, and handled by staff who were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. No apology. No explanation. Just attitude.
The biggest red flag? We trusted the concierge with our luggage, only to later discover our suitcases were dumped in an unsecured public walkway where people constantly pass through on their way to the pool. Anyone could have taken them. This is basic hotel security, and they failed spectacularly.
The room was disgusting. It was visibly dirty and overwhelmed by a harsh bleach smell, which made it obvious they were trying to cover up filth rather than actually clean. It felt uncomfortable, cheap, and unhygienic definitely not somewhere you want to sleep.
The pool area was another joke. They ran out of clean towels, which says everything you need to know about the level of incompetence here. A hotel that can’t provide towels shouldn’t be operating.
Overall, the entire property feels neglected, outdated, and grimy. This hotel desperately needs renovations, better management, and staff retraining because right now it fails at even the most basic expectations of hospitality.
Save your money. Save your time. Read this warning and book literally anywhere else.
