When I arrived, their check-in system was down, and no one could be checked in. After waiting 30 minutes, I finally received my keys, but the system continued to go down intermittently for the next two days. My room had multiple issues: the toilet bowl had dried feces on it. I complained, and although someone came to clean it, it was still not fully done—I had to complain again for it to be addressed. Under the sink was in terrible condition, looking like it had flooded before, with dirt and grime around the base. The door latch was installed upside down, and even the toilet handle was upside down, which was just bizarre. After all of this, the only adjustment they offered was waiving the parking fee, which I felt was unacceptable given the experience.
