When we returned to our room from dinner we were unable to get in. When we went to the desk to resolve we were never given an explanation why. When we got back up to our room we were met by someone from security who told asked us if we extended our stay. We had just checked in that day. Our cards still did not work and he asked us if it was our things in the room. I said yes and he let us in. No explanation and no attempt to convey to us anything. Disappointed.

Stayed here before heading on a cruise and we’re so glad we did! The service from the moment we got out of the car was top-notch — friendly bell staff greeted us and took our bags right away. Even though we showed up a bit early, the front desk team helped check us in quickly because we had our toddler with us. The location can’t be beat: waterfront views, minutes from the port, walking distance to the arena, Bayfront Park, and lots of food options. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby, which was extremely convenient before heading out each morning. Our room overlooked the Miami skyline and was very clean with comfortable bedding and fresh linens and supplies in the bathroom. Yes, there is a resort fee, but for the amenities, service, and location, we felt the value was definitely there. Would recommend to anyone traveling with kids or just wanting a smooth, stress-free start to their vacation!
