3rd time staying here & for the second year in a row we booked a 1 bedroom suite but we're taken to a studio room & had to wait till the next day to finally get the room we booked. Daughter was also staying here as well & was also taken to a studio room. Manager was not helpful. Also room towels always smelt & looked dirty, had to request clean towels regularly. Location is great

Huge 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space. Housekeeping was incredible and super fast. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet was ok we liked the drinks, food and atmosphere at Th Deck.

I had read all the other reviews and was a bit unsure about booking there. But I am glad I did as the rooms where spacious and what we needed as we got 2 rooms next to each other as there where 3 adults and 2 children travelling together. We only had one issue which was fixed straight away. Location was perfect for what we needed and staff where lovely.

We have stayed here before and as the rooms are individually owned they vary. This time the bed was so old you could see the dips in it before you even got into bed. It was very very uncomfortable. There was only one wine glass and one drinking glass, not ideal for entertaining friends and family, it was a case of bring your own glass. We will not be coming back as it’s too much of a risk as to what room you going to get, one which is above standard or one that is on par with a 2 star rating.

We have stayed here before, in a different room. This time the room had a mattress that should have been replaced as it sank in the middle, and that was just looking at it let alone laying on it. The room had one wine glass and one other glass, not ideal for inviting friends around to enjoy the day. We will not be returning to this site again, as many rooms are owned privately it’s just not worth the risk of getting a terrible room. We were very disappointed as the previous stays have been in well looked after and well equipped rooms.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket. Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road. Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good. Money exchange in the lobby was helpful Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool. The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc Overall we had a good stay
