Good hotel for one night stay.

Second stay at this property. Great location close to many restaurants. Elevators are a bit tricky with the number of guests, especially during checkout. Luckily you can do a phone call check out and head straight to 1st floor vs stopping on 6 to check out and waiting in line.

Nice and quiet. The room we had was very spacious. Breakfast was nice, There was a restaurant right next door, food was great and it was a lot of fun. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and took care of all of our needs. We only stayed one night, before our cruise. I would definitely stay there again.

It was close to the Miami port and we were going on a cruise. The hotel was clean, nice and very modern. We also felt very safe. The staff was nice and friendly and the bar tender was excellent. Convenient freeway access, shopping and restaurants available. Beautiful, modern hotel with indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and full breakfast that was delicious. Wish the mattress was more supportive and the shower water pressure was higher. Overall, highly recommend.

Parking was confusing. There was no bellhop or rolling cart in the parking garage to help with the luggage. The hotel room only had one trash can. The body lotion that was provided was empty. Otherwise, our overall stay was okay.
