We booked a Double Queen room for our family of four, but upon check-in were told it was not available and were given a King bed instead. The hotel said they were overbooked. As a workaround, they initially offered a sofa/rollaway bed, but what was actually provided was a twin bed, which was not adequate for two children. At that point, we had no realistic alternative late at night. What made the situation worse was the front desk staff behavior — the receptionist raised their voice at my wife, which was completely inappropriate and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. To their credit, Expedia customer support did step in and provided partial compensation, but the experience at the property itself fell well below expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel. Overbooking issues happen, but guests—especially families—should not bear the consequences, and staff interactions should always remain respectful. I hope management addresses both room allocation practices and front desk conduct going forward.

Overall the property was great. My only gripe is the expensive valet parking you’re basically forced into, and the rooms could be updated. But overall I’d stay again, it’s in a great location.

We got the corner room with the ocean view wrap around balcony. There were some issues with the drainage so there was a lot of noise & leaking so that sucked. The room is stunning though! There’s a girl who wears a bad red wig at the front desk who’s very rude but everyone else is amazing! Guillermo who is a doorman is the nicest person on the planet!!!! He’s so kind & helpful and we LOVED HIM

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was adequate; however, the refrigerator had rust on the bottom of the door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is an issue, as it is for most places in that area. The pool was calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a good stay.

Wonderful property. Spectacular location. Exceptionally well maintained and very safe area. Love the intercoastal waterfront pool and seating areas along with a great tiki bar. Staff are all world class.
