Book Mentor-on-the-Lake hotels

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities.

Miss

I booked the room for the entire weekend. I checked in around 8pm and left at 4am that morning. I woke up to the ceiling leaking onto the bed. I called the front desk and then went down to only be told they were sold out and had nowhere to put me. I drove home and they have not responded about a refund for the other night that was booked. I have stayed here off and on for 15 months while I’ve been in town for work. I will never stay here again.
