The hotel itself was good. The valet was $25 a day, they just parked my truck in a spot, didn’t warm it up or have it running when I called ahead etc which is pretty standard for any valet service I’ve ever used. They also made me identify an item in my vehicle before giving me my keys? Like I gave you the valet slip. Not a good experience there. Valet service 0/10. Hotel 6/10. Seemed fairly dated and room had hair all over the bathroom.

Great. Very good shuttle service to the entire Cleveland clinic hospital campus . Room clean and comfortable and the restaurant has good selection and not overpriced for a hotel restaurant. Absolutely a go to place for the clinic.. but not real cheep but for us it was worth it.

Very nice lobby and restaurant. Room clean & beds comfortable. Shuttle to Cleveland clinic the most convenient way there especially when it’s 15 degrees out.
