The room was spotless and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice area of town. It’s quiet and quaint and the bar area in the evening was quiet but fun. The staff we encountered was friendly. We especially enjoyed our conversations with the local bartender on Sunday and Monday nights. He was very fun. We went right after the Christmas holiday and it was still beautifully decorated with the spirit of the season!

We had high hopes. The decor is beautiful. The room had portions which obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. The bartender was helpful, but at over $10 for 1 well drink, i didn't feel was intriguing enough to stay for a bit. Breakfast was better than most, but i felt like the male staff were visually obsessing over me to the point of feeling very uncomfortable. One actually stared and "moaned" as he looked me up and down. Location was perfect for our visit. I was NOT happy about the $15 added parking bill, which was NEVER disclosed prior to receiving the bill at checkout. At over 200 a night, not many guests, in a private parking lot, I would expect parking on site was a given rather than a hidden charge.
