Room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and pillows, the tv had a ton of channels for a hotel…the hallways smelled of marijuana when we first arrived and I didn’t care for the parking being in a parking garage. Free breakfast was a plus, overall was a nice stay and I would definitely stay again.

Fire Alarm

When we were there, there was fire alarm so we had to get out of bed and hang out at Starbucks / Chipotle until hotel was given clearance to go back in by the fire department. It was freezing then. Not sure what caused it but was glad everything's ok.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Was a bit disappointing for breakfast as the sausages were very pale and they've quit serving bacon said a staff member. The pool somehow cut several children, minor cuts.

Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice.

I passed on the free breakfast. It didn't look like 😕 what I expected after everything else at the hotel. It looked like a free breakfast for the homeless. We went out for breakfast

The sofa bed had crumbs and rose petals in it when we pulled it out. One of the light switches was broken and the light stayed on so we had to remove the bulb. The parking is a kind of a far walk and the garage they use does not get cleaned. There were cigarette butts and a dead bird in the stairway of the parking garage our whole stay. Other than those things the stay was good.

The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. The TV streaming services weren't working and the cleaning staff kept coming to our room starting at 9:30 even though I chose a noon checkout time.

This was a very nice hotel.. best breakfast of any hotel I’ve stayed in… pool hours were from 6 am to 10 pm. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. You had to park in a parking garage on the third or 4th floor.
