Room was spacious and clean. Area around hotel was quiet and safe. Parking was $22 a night at parking garage. It was included in price when we checked out. Staff were so nice and helpful with dining suggestions. There is a free shuttle service for any destinations within 2 mile radius. Breakfast was served every morning for free and offered a lot of variety to choose from. Each day the choices were mixed it up a little too. They have a bar with happy hour specials and appetizers that were convenient after a day of travel on the road. Close to all attractions like Rock and Roll HOF, Westside Market, and more. Would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend.

Staff at the reception desk were not only not very helpful but also rude. Also, the electric outlets were not working when we entered the room so we had to call for them to be repaired. Shuttle drivers were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we appreciated that there were gluten free options.

We had a corner room, great views. King bed comfortable. Couch is in great shape, but uncomfortable for any length of time. Kitchenette is fine. Staff is very friendly everywhere. Bar is nice and you can get hot food at it,

The experience was less than joyful. From the moment we walked in. Having to wait over two hours for our room. Towels smelled like they hadn’t been dried in the dryer. Noises throughout the night staff slightly rude. Then we had a room with a view and ended up having our room shifted to a room with no view because they didn’t have our room ready at check-in and our view was at a building in a large tree next to a fire department that we heard all night long. We reported it to Expedia and we still have nothing resolved to our satisfaction.

Ahmad (please forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly!) was amazing. So kind and helpful, and always making us feel taken care of. The front desk folx super lovely as well, and always helpful. We were there for over 2 weeks for a medical procedure and appreciated all of the staff so so much. Would recommend 10/10!
