Outstanding location. Tram stops outside and 5 minutes walk to Flinders St station. Countless cafes and restaurants more or less at your doorstep. Room was quiet, block out curtains let us sleep in, it was great. I've stayed here before and I'll definitely be staying again.

We have stayed here many times, great location and have recommended this to many friends and family. This time we felt it needed a little re-vamp. Our room was noisy due to some water re-filling thingy every night around 1pm. Did not have great sleep. Will stay elsewhere next time has lost it’s appeal.
