The hotel is very well located and backed by a good chain, but our experience was not quite like that. We arrived from the airport and the taxi couldn't get there because there was a festival blocking everything. After walking 14 blocks and taking another taxi, we finally arrived at the lobby, but the building had no electricity! Well, we left our luggage and the bed wasn't a real king size, but two small beds pushed together that sagged in the middle. For me, the worst thing was that they didn't notify us about the parade festival.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of madrid, everything was within a walkable distance. Staff were great, we had a superior terrace room on the 7th floor. Wouldnt have liked 6th floor terrace as 7th floor overlooks them. Would definately book again. Only thing is the swimming pool is like a postage stamp, freezing, more like a plunge pool & only space for about 8 people on surrounding chairs. However we werent there to sit at pool all day, we wanted to see the city!! Which has loads to offer.

Loved this hotel ! The location was so fabulous, The Gran Via is so centrally located and you can walk everywhere and there is a metro station close by. The staff was so kind and helpful! The rooms are updated and I loved the bathroom.

The hotel is very well located a short walk from Gran Via station, lots going on in this area. The staff were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome, we ate in the restaurant and bar and both meals were excellent. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed their service. Furshings and space are very good in the family room and as a party of three we felt we had lots of space, nice treats and easy access to everything we needed during our stay.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Walking distance to all major tourist sites and lots of shopping and restaurants on Gran Via close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Having a room with your own terrace and a jacuzzi was the perfect ending to our trip. Amazing experience. If you are on the fence about whether to get one of the jacuzzi rooms -- book and don't look back! The rest of the hotel was very comfortable and classy, everyone was friendly and super helpful, and the location was perfect for walking or public transit whichever you prefer. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
