Our stay was nice. At check in they ask you for your car information. But when you tell them about 10 cars are take two parking spots and not fair to everyone else that still needs to park. Told the front desk person and said they couldn’t do anything about it. The parking situation is ridiculous.

I don’t know who it was that checked us in said that I didn’t have an ID. We should of used the person who did have an ID to check in. Does it really matter who gad the ID as long one person had one? Either way you got your ID and credit card. I thought she was kind of rude and even charged us more for the room.

Bed/pillows are excellent; shower is excellent, with the ability to raise and lower water pressure using a separate lever from off/on lever; didn’t like that that there were no liquid creamer containers provided for in-room coffee—only powder packets; there was coffee in the lobby with liquid creamer options; breakfast was ok as scrambled eggs tasted like they were from a carton; pet fee is cheapest out of the comparable hotel options. Overall the hotel is a good value and I will stay here again due to the pet fee being reasonable and the hotel being pleasant overall.
