This was my second stay. The staff is friendly no matter what time you roll in. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Well maintained hotel. The shuttle is the best. We haven’t been able to be there for breakfast yet. Sad about that. Early flights are rough.

Very nice staff. I had an early morning flight so, they even provided a breakfast bag that i could carry to the airport. Very clean, quiet. The AC in the room was noisy but tolerable. Loved the stay and will stay next time too when in town.

Attitudeof really unhelpful male staff member on checking in on Sat 27th. I tried ringing the hotel 18 times because of delayed flight. When intrued to press options, nothing happened. Not the hotel's fault but he didn't care less. Also no reply to all my emails to the property on Ebookers. Really stressful trip

Was surprised location wasn't very clean outdoors or in the lobby area. Maybe transients loitering near entrance. Parking is across the street in an alleyway and didn't feel safe walking over at night. Didn't expect to see this in El Segundo.
