The fan in the bathroom dripped water on you as you went to the bathroom. The water never ever got really hot to take a shower. Couldn't get the curtains closed so we had lights shining in all night long. We were on the bottom floor so there was a wet damp musty smell and the walls need to be cleaned as you can see the oily fingers from others felt behind. Also, the staff when calling for airport pickup left you on hold for ever that after 25 minutes it was easier to hang up and call back. Their excuse was they are busy, I know that but I was also a paying customer.

The hotel and inner staff was amazing. But Do Not depend .on the shuttle to the airport. The driver took me to the wrong dropoff terminal at LAX, and insisted he was correct. Enough said.
