I recently made a reservation at your hotel for 28 to 30 January , and at the time of booking, I was informed that I would not be charged until check-in. However, I noticed that I have been charged for the stay despite not having checked in or used any services at the hotel.
Additionally, the booking confirmation clearly stated that the reservation would be refundable and payment could be made at a later time, which I understood to mean that I would not incur any charges unless I stayed at the hotel.
Given that I did not stay at the hotel, I kindly request a full refund for the amount charged to my account. Please let me know the next steps for processing this refund, and if any further information is required from my side.
