The staff was friendly and a had a smooth check in process. My only complaint would probably be that the building could use an update. The laminate floor were a little warped and lifted a bit when you walked on it and the overhead light in the room made this awful electric buzzing sound when turned on. Overall not a bad experience though

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details like the quality toiletries and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect

The pure elegance of every inch of this hotel is amazing. The chandeliers, mahogany furnishings, staircase from God, with a splash of vintage feels almost royal. The room accommodations are exceptional as well. In addition the adjscent restaurant is superb. This is such a jewel, anytime I am in LA it is my go-to spot. Now i understand the 9.2 rating I saw before booked it. But I GIVE IT A 10!

I love this hotel for the decor & spacious room. I was disappointed in the restaurant. One reason I book here for business trips is that I don’t need to leave the property to eat. I went to the bar & they didn’t have a single red wine by the glass. “Out of everything.” I ordered a drink recommended by the bartender but it was terrible. He took away my full glass & charged me $17.00 for it. Left without eating that night. Also the front desk people were not personable at all.

Unique was the design of the hotel. Very pretty very nice.. front desk staff super nice. But the only snd one hotel's restaurant staff was arrogant not polite at all. Breakfast very limited with food and no good coffee. Shouldn work at customer service. Needs more skills. So suggestions from us. Pick different place to eat and enjoy!! Thr hotel is super Nice.

Quaint spot!

We enjoyed the old classic hotel, especially the giant fireplace in the main hall! The hotel is close to many shops and eating establishments. The room was cozy and had a refrigerator and a pull out sofa bed.
