Great location if you are going to University Hospital. You can walk there in 15 minutes saving the daily parking fee at the hospital. Hotel is located on several acres of land surrounded by trees so very quiet and tranquil.

Lovely retreat-like stay

Very easy check in. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The room was small but very clean and totally quiet, comfortable bed. Only thing I would recommend is to get something on the shower floor. Its extremely slippery. Nothing to grab onto in shower. Other than that, I highly recommend. It was almost a retreat-like stay. Will be staying here when in London!

The location is great, the outdoor is awesome. Carpets on the main floor hallways need professional cleaning or better yet replacing. We should not have to ask reception for coffee pods, conditioner as the cleaning staff should replace the supplies.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff are all lovely, especially the restaurant staff. The room was clean. The hotel itself (lobby, hallways, stairwells) were quite run down and could definitely use some renovation.

I was placed on 6th floor. Elevator only goes to 4th floor then had to walk with luggage down many different hallways and then take 2 flights of stairs to get to room. That was inconvenuent and I have some mobility issues. I didnt know the elevator only went up 4 floors. I asked for a room on any of the 4 lower floors when I found out about the flights of stairs but none were available.

Understaffed for both dinner and breakfast. It was not the staffs fault they were doing everything they could but couldn’t keep up. We paid for breakfast and it was not very well run at all. Set our own table finally got coffee after breakfast. The breakfast bar was not replenished and that’s at 8:30. The flat breads for dinner were just terrible. The property is very nice but the hotel and rooms are dated.
