Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful. Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel. One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us.

Very nice room with view looking over the sea. Great facilities and dining options, both in hotel and outside. Short walk to the beach. Lifts are very slow ☹

I had a wonderful 4-night stay in an ocean-view room. Waking up to the view every morning was amazing. The room was very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—delicious food with a great variety to choose from each day. I would happily stay here again.
