Clean rooms, great staff , free breakfast can't beat it

Nice stay

We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree)

There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room.

Great staff and location. Slightly older looking property. Recommend for quick overnight or group stays

I had never heard of the Hilton Spark before but we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and hotel were well appointed and maintained, and our room was large and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
