The bathroom floor was so dirty. My kids picked the towel off the floor and it was disgusting. The tub was cracked, the toilet handle was on backwards and the AC unit was filthy. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work. And we had to move the lamps around to have light. The AC was so old, it was extremely loud.

Pictures say a thousand words! Place looks great on camera. In actuality it’s not fantastic. Just an old, beaten down property that could use landscaping and some light renovations. Oh, and there was a hair tie in my bed that I found the next morning after I woke up sooooooo, probably not changing the sheets. If I am signing up for a less than stellar place, then I at least want that less than stellar continental breakfast. This place is less than stellar and you have to pay for the, more than likely, less than stellar buffet. The air conditioner worked great though!

the building smells like mold and cigarettes, the toilet barely flushed- called maintenance had it situated but still was an ongoing problem. cockroaches in the bathroom and on walls in room the next morning. beds are full size and very uncomfortable pillows

Please do not recommend this hotel in the future. Dirty, not kept up well. There is playdoh stuck into the rug. The shower does not drain. There is a terrible smoky smell in the hallway. It’s really gross.

Pleasant stay. Pool and pool area was clean. Older hotel in need of upgrades but it was a nice room with working A/C. Staff was pleasant, parking was good. Many eating choices close by.

The bathroom in the room was dirty and unable to be cleaned. We chose not to shower. The elevator had racial slurs scratched into the walls and doors. Most of the hallway carpeting was stained. Upon discharge, the lobby bathroom had feces on wall and a shirt stuffed into one of the toilets.

Unfortunately, the accommodations were not good from multiple standpoints. Dirty towels, no AC, refrigerator making noise all night, ceiling pieces missing. The shower water hardly got hot and the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken. To think all rooms from our respective baseball families having similar if not same issues and then some. The location was good for us, but the hotel itself was not good, and this is why 1 star was given. If I could give no stars I would have done that instead, but you have to add at least one star to this rating.

We booked the king bed room for one night to attend a wedding a short distance away. First thought, the room needs an update. There is a soft spot in the floor about 1 foot from the bed. The air conditioning did not work correctly and the room was a constant stuffy 73 degrees.

Our toilet seat was broken, the lock on the door was broken, our card wouldn't let us in on our 2nd day. The room smelled like rotten bananas along with the hallway. Our shower faucet was spraying water outside of the shower and all down the back of the toilet wall. On our last day at 5am our smoke alarm kept going off for no reason.

The roaches crawling across my bed. Having me and my daughter to have to sleep in my car. Being promised a refund by the front desk., that once I left I can’t seem to contact. If it wasn’t 4 hours away I’d go back there with signs, warning people on how disgusting of a place it is.
