The hotel is nice excellent service. My only gripe is that they should clean under the bed. It was very dirty. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with the front desk at check-in. We travel for business regularly and use business credit cards. Never any issues except at Hyatts. After a very long day, we were looking forward to a relaxing evening, but instead were delayed at the front desk and had to get our office involved to resolve the issue. Situation was not handled very professionally. Probably will not be staying at Hyatt hotels in the future.

Nice view of the fall from the room. Rooms were spacious. Service was just so so. They said that they were unable to bring extra towels and that you had to come down to the lobby to get them, etc. etc. lovely central location. Walkable to the Falls and to tourist shops.

After checking in the staff said that the hotel was undergoing repairs and there would be no hot water— and the pool has been closed. This would have been good to know before checking in- or some kind of credit would have been nice. It felt like a bait and switch, especially after a long drive where kids were looking forward to the pool.
