The rooms, bathrooms and lobby etc., were absolutely spotless. The Breakfast was awesome. Delicious food, great selection, varied healthy options each day. The service was absolutely the best service I ever had..anywhere. They were so kind, helpful and attentive. You are lucky to have such a great staff. Especially. Rachel, Angela, Clyde and Nestor. Next time I’m in Florence I will be staying at the Solo Experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The two women I dealt with at the front desk were unbelievably helpful, gracious, and kind. The housekeepers were efficient and understanding. The hotel is located in the heart of a lot of restaurants and shops, but at night, no noise filtered into my room. I’m traveling to five cities in Italy, and this has been my best stay by far. Fabulous fabulous hotel.

So many better options in the area. Hotel refused to honour the proper reservation and tried to get us to pay an additional 18 euro per person for extra breakfast when Expedia reservation said it was included. Contacted Expedia who called hotel themselves and still refused to provide breakfast. Many better options available.

This hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. We didn't hear any noise from the market nearby or other hotel guests. Rachel the attendant at breakfast is AMAZING and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I'm in Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay at Solo Express Hotel! It’s location is superb- it’s about 8 minute walk from the train station and only five minutes to the Duomo! There are a lot of dining options in the nearby area, and the convenience store is right next door. The facility is very clean and room is reasonable sized . The staff is very friendly and provided helpful suggestions for our visit. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Florence next time.

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel in a great central location. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to all major attractions. Room was modern, clean and had a great shower. Quality toiletries. We had breakfast included and there was a great choice.
