The hotel is great! My nephew and I arrived early and luckily we were able to check in. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and polite. So was the young gentleman at the desk and the breakfast staff. However, the blond lady was extremely rude when my nephew came down the stairwell laughing loudly and running. When she approached us, I apologized for the incident. I then asked her about the laundry and she said I should bring down o the day after. I went back to my room to bring back my laundry and left my nephew at the reception. When I came back, he told me he was not allowed to answer his phone at the reception because she was checking some other guests in. I then asked her to be more clear because in my vast years of experience working at hotels, I never heard of a place where a paying guest was not allowed to answer his cell phone at the lobby. That was when she lost her cool / if she ever had one - and said we were being disruptive by staying at b the lobby and coming down the stairwell laughing and talking loud. I reminded her that I had already apologized for that and I was asking now was regarding guests not being allowed to answer their phone at the lobby. She started flipping at me and I just told her she was nuts and had ZERO experience in dealing with guests. I just left and went to enjoy the beginning of my vacation. Her attitude and lack of ability to speak fo guests did not ruin my vacation. Just want to alert other guests ti avoid interaction w/ her
