This hotel is an oasis, just a few minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Hotel staff were amazingly professional--kind, courteous and reliable with requests and quick with helpful suggestions. The renovated hotel is charming, with an old world vibe, but things like baths are updated and modern. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful old hotel. Our room was a little tight but saw that other rooms were much more spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. A very nice breakfast buffet was included with our stay.

We were in the heart of Florence. Close to every thing. 5 minutes walk to train station. Staff were extremely helpful. We will stay again. I only didn’t give 5 stars every where because it is an older hotel but that’s all you get in Florence unless you want to pay$$$$$. Highly recommend
