Our experience at this hotel was horrible. We check into your hotel around 4:00 Saturday. Almost immediately we heard loud talking coming from the room adjacent to us. This talking then elevated to screaming including profanity. At that time, I made a call to the front desk They did send a staff member up, but after the staff visited loud music and loud talking was heard coming from the room. At this point, I went down to the front desk and complained. Keep in mind this is all occurred under 2 hours of when we checked in. The staff was very nice but when I requested a room change they said there was nothing they could do because you were at capacity. I inquired about being transferred to your other Hyatt hotel in the area, but your staff said you had no affiliation with that hotel. My wife went down to front desk and was told the same thing. We did not feel safe and did not feel we should have to continue to listen to what was going on at the adjacent room. We checked out of your hotel before 6:00(within 2 hours of checking in) and had to book at room at a nearby hotel so we could try to salvage our anniversary get away. We followed up with the hotel requesting a refund and they told us we need to go through expedia for the refund since we purchased the room through you. Please provide a refund.
