I showed up to check into my hotel at 9pm and they were literally still cleaning my room. Check in starts at 3pm, how are you still cleaning at 9pm?!

It was affordable but the rooms where very Dirty. I didnt even want to sleep under the covers. The whole hotel smelled like smoke/weed. If i wasnt desperate i definitely would have not stayed there

The young lady who checked me in was very helpful and friendly, and my room was very quiet. The parking lot was full of trash and debris. There was trash in the hallways, which did not appear to have been vacuumed in quite some time, based on the pieces of weave on the rug. The whole building reeks of weed, despite the no smoking and no marijuana signs everywhere. Being allergic to marijuana, this made for a very unpleasant stay. Thankfully, it was brief. The toilet seat wasn’t securely attached. And I know I should expect to pay for convenience, but $5 for a Snapple tea in the lobby is ridiculous. 2/10 - at least I didn’t find bedbugs.

All girls work at front desk very helpful and friendly. But the place not provide bottled water as Seattle do. And the breakfast table was mess and the dude sit at breakfast area was rude . Other wise is a good location for airport, and shuttle drivers all very friendly. Thank you for the service.

The staff was not thoughtful , for example the breakfast guy kept calling everyone’s name loud and asked for room numbers and how many people living loud. I was fine but I could see this making many young females very uncomfortable. The bathroom had slow drainage.

Before we booked here, we were a bit skeptical about this place because of the reviews and how bad people described the place. It was completely opposite of how people described it. When we first entered the building the smell was good, the lobby had a nice smell, looks really good/clean, customer was good. Now for the rooms…when we entered the room it smell clean, well put together and was clean. It’s not like a 5-star hotel but, it is very do able for a few night stay. It’s really good, people just like to be extra when it comes to giving reviews. So don’t be scared to check it out, me and my mom a nice sta.

Loved that parking was free and easy. Check inn was friendly and fast. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel was quiet but it did have a strong cigarette smell. Very convenient for an easy one night stay and smooth ride into center city Philly .
