Always do their best if something is right. I like this establishment and for the price it’s great! Can’t wait until the pool opens. The gym is also a vibe.

been here before. nothing changes. still no wake up call, they did not which rooms had walk in showers. tried three different rooms before nice guy from house keeping found me one. asked that someone knock on my door at 6am. no one did. breakfast we was terrible. the only good thing was i got to the plane on time. will never tell anyone to stay there. I should get a refund for i had to putt up with. you changed your name to quality inn. but the service is the same.

First room has no lights. Whole place had a weird smell to it. Only stayed one night, room smelly and old looking and worst of all the towels were dirty

No microwaves in room bed hard .I called hotel clerks 3 times for soap had to shower in shampoo and no ice machines only ice was 2 floors never again....

There is garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. It smells. The room itself wasn’t horrible but the rest of the property was so bad that it made the whole experience bad. Pay a little more for a better hotel. It will be worth it.

The room was clean as far as the bed and shower and counters. Floor could have been cleaner. It served our purpose close to airport. Parking lot lights, non worked and area outsid and main lobby and elevator dirty.

Property was in a nice, quiet location. Room was large and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Our sink did have a leak but it did not bother our stay and we were offered a new room immediately though we did not take it. Would definitely book here again in the future!

Very dirty and disgusting,a bunch of customers are complaining for the same thing dirty and stinky smell cigarettes all over the hallway. One Customer even had a picture of a bait bug on his phone. Very bad experience

Our toom was back of hotel i asked about handicapped spaces. Desk attendant told me about spaces in front along the side Our room was clean on other end of hotel .my leg was in a cast. We discovered parking in back for handicapped when we walked to elevators located towards back of motel. We went out and on our return those spaces were occupied by people not handicapped! Long walk on a bad foot. Otherwise room was good .

The main lobby area ice machine was not working, the breakfast was completely gone at 8:15am, the guy spent 40 mins till he brought more eggs and the wifi password would not work

Outer doors wide open. People hanging around the door. Bed had a pad on it. That's it. No sheets, blankets or anything. Just bare. Impossible to set the clock/alarm. Picked up the phone to call the front desk - no cord from the receiver to the base. Instructions on using the TV would have been nice also.
