Staff was friendly and the shuttle service was convenient. The property is disgusting and very unsafe. I unfortunately had no choice but to stay here during a late night flight cancellation and had my young daughter with me. This is a meth hotel and full of junkies or unfortunate airport travelers. I saw multiple strung out junkies and drunks on the property when I arrived, very loud arguments, and terrible smells in the hall. My room was wiped down but the carpet was wet, half the lights were not working, and it was just an overall disgusting place to be. Luckily my time here was limited to 4 hours between midnight and 4am until my next flight, but I heavily urge you to not visit this location until they kick the junkies out and get the place cleaned up.

The hotel is terrible. Very dirty. The door keys did not work. The floors were dirty. The dresser was broken. The lap shade was broken. The staff was not friendly at all. The literally had to manually open each room door and made us wait until they felt like doing it. Please avoid the place at all cost.

Our room showed that it had not been vacuumed , there was toe nails on carpet. Also I found hair in the shower. Bottom of toilet had a brown smear. Getting to our rooms was very inconvenient. Card key was not working, so everytime we went back we had to get a staff member to let us in our room. And if there was multiple guest waiting we all had to wait by the elavator.

We booked a stay at this hotel as we missed a connecting flight and didn’t want to sleep on the floor at the Philly airport. In hindsight, the airport floor may have been a cleaner option….this place was stinky, and gave us the “ick”!! This place needs a huge deep clean and facelift…the key cards on the doors didn’t even work and the tv worked after pushing the power button for about a minute straight. I know that you get what you pay for but this place is definitely not a place we would recommend!

Key cards didn't work; breakfast equipment broken, TV remote worked sluggishly; carpets not vacuumed. The room was well-equipped and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable, lights were sufficient and it was easy to charge my devices.

Cockroach by the elevator. They obviously tried to clean but they didn’t care about stained pillowcases, towels, or a stain on the floor. The walls were thin and I woke up at 3:30am to my neighbors TV. No AC in the halls. There was construction and painting going on in adjacent rooms. I ended up checking out early but didn’t get a refund for the remaining days.

I never write any reviews at all but I have to on this one!!! Staff were friendly! There systems were down the 2 days we were there. A/C was not properly working. We asked to get it checked out. It never was checked. The curtain rod was loose, the bathroom sink was backed up and there was a stain on the walls. I don’t think I’ll stay at any quality hotel…

Smelled weird. I got upgraded to a better room because of the restroom not flushing and shower not draining. Wasn’t in the room too much since I was mainly downtown or in New York. It was pretty bad if you stay there all day or more than 3 days.

Pulled up to shady activity in the parking lot. Staff was nice. Room however had a bad odor, did not feel clean, the sink did not drain at all, tv was stripped and didn’t work, and the microwave was missing. Our room number was also a piece of paper taped on the wall, no plaque like the rest of the rooms. We only stayed a night after landing late, not somewhere I’d ever stay again.

I cut my finger on a sliver of glass in the pool that overlooked a broken two paned 4th floor room. Got locked in the pool area as the room key would not open the door back into the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly.
