Everything just felt like it was trying to pass a test. Amenities were not explained by hotel staff at all. Some areas were questionable. Overall, was able to get a good night sleep.

There was mold all over the ceiling in my closet. The room was really horrible. Every fixture was pitted, stained, and corroded (bathroom shower head 🚿), furniture stained and overly worn, etc. They were literally gutting every room on my floor. Huge bins were at every door in every room. My room was the only one open, it appeared, on the entire floor. They definitely had long-term residents previously—immigrants, Medicaid recipients, etc. The amount of trash in the hallways was unbelievable. I had asked for a new room, which they provided after I showed them pictures of the mold, shower head, furniture, etc Pictures if needed!

I had no remote for my tv and the sink didnt drain . Disappointed for sure . Whats worse is that i told the lady at the front desk who told me she would make sure i would get one . I never did get it

NO Amenities, short staff, room not clean, TV not working, no remote, had to move room, they didn't clean the room the next day, they left trash in the hallway from 2pm to the next day and still in the hallway trash bage full of trash. I have pictures. This unexpected no one have stay in place like this

The room was fine. The desk clerk was overworked. Not her fault. My complaint is that I booked with Travelocity and somehow the date I chose got changed to the following night. I contacted Travelocity immediately and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I went to the hotel and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I paid for 2 nights when I only asked for 1. I’d really appreciate some kind of refund.
