Working class hotel. Hot water faucet was dripping. Security latch on the door hanging loosely. Comfortable bed though, and decent included breakfast. Fine for one night waiting out an ice storm before a flight

Efficient check in with Nikia, room was very clean and pillows were excellent. Also very affordable option. Stayed next door at another hotel and it was pretty bad- this place was much better!

I checked out within 15 min of checking in. It was a disgrace, very dirty, shower broken, crumbs in the bed and on the mattress. Wads of hair on the floor. Chair stained with who-knows-what to the point you couldnt sit on it. They told me you would refund my stay. Quality hotel already initiated it, but i havnt seen my refund yet.....

The breakfast was OK but had only eggs for protein. There was no microwave but was a small frig. Staff and others in hotel were friendly. Only complaint about the room is that a rolling chair was missing a roller, which I called about but wasn't fixed.

Honestly, everything was great about this hotel would stay again, but in all honesty do not depend on the shuttle. Showed up to the desk at 7:20 to catch the 730 shuttle. Was informed the driver was running late from the 7am. OK cool no stress. Driver shows up just after 7:30 and says the next shuttle is not till eight and went to hang out in the cafeteria. Not cool. Got an uber instead.

I don’t even know where to start! First of all the phone in our room did not work. Upon going down to the front desk, I was informed that none of the phones in any of the rooms did not work! Definitely a safety issue! The floor in our room was dirty and we only had one towel, no wash cloths, no tissues. We were told that someone would be up to clean the room, but that never happened. There were two night stands in the room that were completely bare, no lamp no clock, nothing. There was one lamp in the room, on the desk, with bare bulbs, no lamp shades! This was a pitiful excuse for a hotel room.

Overall just felt very dirty and not well maintained. Leaky roof in the lobby with just a bucket to catch the water, no "wet floor" sign. Elevators look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in months. Keycards/doors malfunctioned several times during my stay. Staff was very friendly though.
