Room was very clean, safe area. There were several weddings going on. One of the guests brought their dog with the. They left at around 5:30 pm to attend wedding downstairs. They were booked on the 4th floor adjacent to the elevator. Everyone someone exited or entered the elevator, walked past the room the dog would bark. I would think the hotel would have dog friendly rooms on the fourth floor for easy exit to outside facilities. Not to mention people with allergies to dogs. This barking continued till after 10pm. Our room was adjacent to the dogs room. When I went down to the front desk to lodge my concerns I was told by the front desk they didn’t have a phone number for the guest and they would try to locate them. The next day when we went to check out no one was at the desk. Other customers came after about 8 minutes the front desk person returned with a dog??? Hotel seemed to cater more to dogs then guest.

I have stayed here several years ago, before the remodel. It is much lighter and brighter now. The rooms are a generous size and comfortable. A suggestion that I would make is better sound proofing. We could hear noise from other rooms.
