Property looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s otherwise everything was fine. Phone didn’t work in room. Sold king room with high ceiling and I could touch the ceiling with my hands and I’m 5’8”. Toilet barely worked. Staff was friendly. Keeping in mind I was in the separate building. I assume it’s the old part of the hotel. Lobby and dinning was great and updated. Room was horrible. Elevator was frightening.

I would like to start by addressing the discrepancies between the pictures on the website and the actual condition of the rooms. The first room we were assigned appeared muggy and damp, far from the standard depicted online. After expressing our concerns, we were moved to another room that was supposedly renovated. Initially, we had booked a King room, but were informed that there were no renovated King rooms available, so we were placed in a double room instead. The new room was in poor condition, with visible dirt and mold under the sink. While a new shower curtain had been installed, the rusty rings from the previous curtain were still in place. We were told the hotel was undergoing renovations, but this is not an acceptable reason to move guests into an unclean room, especially one with mold. Had I not booked through Hotels.com, I would have immediately sought alternative accommodations. However, when I inquired about potential solutions, I was told there was nothing they could do because of the booking method, though I was aware that a refund would not be possible. As someone with severe allergies, it was incredibly disappointing to feel ill while on vacation due to the state of the room. Overall, our experience was extremely unsatisfactory. There were fans running in the hallways, and we left feeling very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

Rooms showing online is not the room. Very old. Moved rooms from the 1st room very old and looked trashy. They moved me to supposedly up dated room and it had mold under the sink and dirty in bathroom… shower had new curtain up but the old rusty shower rings still the corner

From the moment we arrived, their attitude was rude and unwelcoming. There was no effort to make us feel comfortable or acknowledged, and they seemed completely disinterested in helping us. This kind of service does not reflect the hospitality we expected Sadraeka was the person in the front desk who took care of us and her attitude was very poor kind of uninteresting. Very bad attitude. Also we found a cockroach in the room. We are definitely not coming back to this hotel.

It is hard for me to rate the room and property. Some areas were above average like the lobby and bar area. Our first room was not renovated. It was very run down and was not clean. I asked to be moved and the woman at the desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. The second room was nicely updated and much cleaner.

For the price point I definitely was expecting something a little nicer than what I stayed in. The hotel itself when you first walk in is beautiful and elegant. The room I stayed in however was more like the motel 6. It was stuffy and dusty and not at all what I was expecting. The food was okay, average hotel food. Again everything was just okay, definitely not what I was expecting for how much I paid. I can get the same experience at a motel. The staff was all super friendly though! Especially the lady working at the Starbucks counter she was very kind to me.

The staff was great, the food was delicious. The bed was Comfortable. The suite was very nice. We enjoyed soaking in the dee tub. The building is getting old and needs to be remodeled.

The property is very well situated close to the airport. It has lots of open space and sunshine. The lobby is very attractive and I wanted to visit the lobby which serene. The room is for a family member. I visited it and was impressed with the cleanliness, the sunshine light, and the layout of the interior. I’d stay there. My relative was so impressed that they thanked me for making the reservation there.
