This hotel is very close to the convenient stores. The floor mats were a little dirty. An easy vacuum and wipe should suffice. Overall very clean. The staff were helpful. Would come back again.

Where the hotel located, it was very convenient and easy accessible to public transports. There were lot of convenient stores nearby ,so no worries if you needed something to drink or eat in the middle of the night. The downside for me was that, there were no breakfast provided.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space.
