The apartment was as described. Excellent location, halfway between Old Town and Kazimierz, and everything of interest in Krakow is within the walking distance. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely a great stay and strongly recommended; I'll be back!

They were very attentive and accommodated my needs. close to train station and amenities. Room was spotless. Microwave was a real god send after a long trip to salt mine. All I wanted was to chill and did.

The property is well maintained. It has outside street parking upon availability, many stores nearby, close to the train station that heads to the Airport and closes to local trams and busses. The room was warm, had dishes for use, and a mini fridge, which is very convenient. It’s located in an old, but well maintained building, which gives it character. The check in process was very pleasant due to the friendly front desk staff. Would return.

The key situation was finicky. Three keys that didn't open doors easily. No elevator, building and rooms could use some renovating. Only soap in bathroom and shower, bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. There was an apple under the bed belonging to a previous guest. Overall, just okay. Communication and interaction with reception was excellent though.

Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful.
