Great location, very friendly and helpful staff would stay again

Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from and some were more interested in taking a smoke break than helping. The hotel overall is great but be conscious of the valet team if you don’t have a premium car.

The hotel lived up to it's status of a high end resort. The staff were over the top helpful.

Why would they install an energy guzzling electric toilet controller? The light is permanently on, disturbing sleep; the seat goes up every time you pass the bathroom; ... Ridiculous!

Great location, cleanliness and service. Room’s beginning to feel a little tired. All in all good value and you won’t beat the location

Facilities were excellent. Restaurant and bar offerings fulfilled all of our needs. Bed really comfortable
