The three pools were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility pool for a quieter or relaxed experience. Lots of great activities and good communication via text from the hotel throughout the stay. Walkable to many of the must see Key West destinations.

It is right at the southernmost point buoy. The private little beach was dirty looking. They put resort fees on you when you check out. I thought when i paid with expedia it was all paid for but it wasnt. They said you have to pay the resort fees at resort not online. I have stayed other resorts and they didnt charge me because I paid on expedia.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place was beyond unacceptable. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in. Dust everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. To make it worse, I saw cockroaches crawling around and – in the bathroom, near the bed, and even under the nightstand. Completely unsanitary. The furniture and walls were in terrible shape, with peeling paint, broken fixtures, and stains that made me not even want to sit down. The air smelled musty and dirty, and honestly, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying the night. This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. Until that happens, I would strongly recommend avoiding it. Spend your money somewhere else – literally anywhere would be better than this.

The resort was very nice and clean. It was in a quiet area but still had plenty to do around the resort and also plenty of places that were walkable from resort.

Southernmost resort was wonderful! On the quiet end of duval street but all the action is just a short walk away. The food and drinks at the beach cafe were delicious as well. We ordered the nachos multiple times. You have it all there beach pool dining etc. we will be back.

Pros: We upgraded to the oceanfront king and it was amazing! Room furnishings and design choices are beautiful. Totally recommend that room if you are coming with kiddos that nap, plenty of room for a crib & awesome balcony to hang out on while they nap. Pools were great and it is walkable to literally all of key west! Cons: prior to our arrival the hotel could not guarantee a crib would be available even if we reserved it ahead of time… which doesn’t work when traveling with a baby… I need a guarantee that my kid will have a bed. We ended up having to spend extra money to rent one with a local company. Also, the beach cafe is wayyyyyy over priced for the amount/quality of food they give you. Overall we loved it though! Would come back!
