Convenient, several pools to choose from, room was nice besides some rundown features, but Only issues was on top of resort fees they tried charging me for daily parking.... As Well as our room was a little run down The Shower head/ pipe was moving around/ loose, Several Items like Mirror in Bathroom were barely standing up, Seat/ Bench in front of Couch was torn/ ripped Was expecting a little higher standards for $500 a night

Staff and service was excellent. Property was beautiful. We upgraded onsite to oceanview, but wasnt aware of the seaweed smells which blew into the room. AC unit didn't cool very well, but the fans kept us cool enough at night. The heated shores pool after dark was very relaxing and warm.

This property is in a great location. The beach was terrible with sargassum. No swimming at the beach at all. Our air conditioner kept leaking the last 2 days of our stay. Maintenance was fast but never came back to see if it was resolved. Phone didn’t work so had to keep walking to front desk. Very annoying. The pool time was a great experience with live music!

The only friendly people at this place were the ones behind the front desk. We actually got attitude and staff showed annoyance because we asked for our room to be cleaned. We will not be returning to this place. Staff was dismissive and rude. Not worth the cost! Never saw the concierge once, they tried to charge for parking even though we did not have a car

DO NOT BOOK WITHOUT CALLING AND ASKING ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THEIR BEACH!!! We did not go for the beach! We live on Siesta Key, one of the top beaches in the USA. There was no beach to use at this resort. The entire beach was covered in seaweed and garbage. The entire resort smelled like sewage. If you are going for their beach CALL AHEAD!!! We checked into our room that stunk of mold. We contacted front desk and was shut down and told it's the seaweed. I live in Sarasota, Florida we have red tide, (if you dont know look it up) I know what seaweed and algae blooms look & smell like. I also have a mold allergy and know exactly what that smell is. We both left the property with stuffed up noses and sore throats. We arrived at the resort feeling great, and we are not partyers. The hardest beds and pillows ever. TV is archaic with a guide that doesnt work, no option to rent a movie for a relaxing night in. Huge line down the side of the TV screen. Cloudy pools, disheveled, old and smelly property. We left our last day as soon as we woke up because we couldnt stand the MOLD smell any longer. The rooms are updated but wreaked of mold. Booked a king room ocean view with balcony only to find out it wasn't at all like the photos, and it's a walkway shared by the entire building with a few seating areas, hardly the private balcony view in the photos... must say all of the staff are amazing but that's about it. Time to knock it down

We found our new favorite Key West property at The Southernmost Beach resort in an oceanview king room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the property is beautiful and peaceful. We had a challenge with the shower water pressure but it was fixed that same day. The only issue we had was a very old mattress which was difficult to sleep on which we informed the front office. Otherwise we had a great stay and will return.
