Front desk service awful—unhelpful and passive aggressive. Food tasteless. Did not realize waterfront means no beach access; advertising photos very misleading. we both became violently ill and found out during our check out- the staff had been sick as well as other people staying in the hotel. Would have been nice to know this- also the pools were so hot it was like swimming in a petri dish. Will not be back, houskeeeping was lacking, but the resort was pleasant

This place is our favorite! The room was huge and clean. We had a beautiful porch and chairs by one of the four pools. The amenities in the room were alll full sized L’Occitane products. The staff were amazing. The doorman carried our luggage to our room . The driver Carnelia was super cool and fun. The resort is by all of our fave price stores. We even fell in love with two cats. We can’t wait to return❤️🌞🌴
