Room was spacious and clean. Check in was fast and easy. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast not so good, stick with coffee, juice and toast. Eggs were watery and downright awful, grits were very salty , sausage patties were dried out and rubbery had to cut with a knife and hard to chew , fresh bananas were green , frozen blueberries were bland and tasteless as well as pineapple, potatoes were hard.

Wonderful stay! The proximity to the airport was excellent. It was very quiet. The Check-in process was quick and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but don’t wait until the last half hour as the supply dwindles. Checking out online wasn’t available so that was the only disappointment.

The Hyatt Place is beautiful with friendly staff, clean facilities, well appointed rooms and a great breakfast. We will stay there anytime we fly out of Jacksonville. Our experience could not have been better.
