Awesome stay was booked for 2 nights only got to stay one night due to flight delays!! Only one staff member difficult at front desk. My husband started talking abd she listened. Folks that drove the shuttle were top notch!

My husband and I stopped here before heading to Orlando. The front desk was very friendly. The hotel is really nice. Room designed different but really cool. Room and property was clean and very well maintained. My only complaint is I think there should be a roll of paper towels in the room. Breakfast was average eggs, has browns, ham, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal.

I was disappointed & shocked. I paid more to stay at Hyatt as opposed to other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, everything was terrible about the room: old & ripped sheets, uncomfortable bed, wet carpet near the Air Conditioner, dusty & dark room - very dim lights in the room and bathroom. It honestly felt like I was at a cheap motel.
