Hotel was very warm on the fourth floor, they had a very large industrial unit in the hall. Pool was dirty, hot tub was full of algae which was disappointing as I chose this location specifically for the pool and hot tub. Not sure that I will return.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, though smaller than expected. There are lots of restaurants around and a nice walking trail. Why not 5 stars: the hot tub did not work and was not cleaned. The pool was also full of leaves and not as in the pictures. I went with my kids and we wanted to spend time at the pool, so that was a let down. Otherwise? It’s a nice place.

My experience at the Hilton was good. Clean, quiet, the staff was professional and friendly. The only issue was the refrigerator it didn’t get cold enough and my food spoiled. Something that needs to be looked.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville JTB/Deerwood Park for our anniversary and booked the Presidential Suite, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The property itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Our room was on the top floor and incredibly spacious. It smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in, and we were immediately impressed by the comfort and layout. It was perfect for our special getaway. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay in Jacksonville.

I always stay with Hilton hotels but this location and staff need work to uphold the proper standard. Also, the hot tub jets need maintenance and there were no towels in the cabana. The floor I was on was very humid. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because the options were limited for the cost. Otherwise, great location and hotel if you don't plan on being in the hotel a lot.

Very overpriced for the accommodations. Would not recommend this property. Most places in the area will give you a discount for being out of town to go to the Mayo. They absolutely would not. You got 2 bottles of water!
