They didn’t have enough towels…daily. Some of the front desk staff was borderline rude. The facility is good. So was the food and the working staff. They were cordial and accommodating.

We had the best stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool was great, our kids loved it! We also enjoyed the easy beach access. And the included breakfast was so good every morning! We loved making our own waffles before heading out to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The room and hallways were clean. The pool is very nice. Breakfast is ok. Can't really complain since its free. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint is staff needs to monitor the pool area. The one evening I just wanted to relax by the pool but there were alot of drunk people staggering around the pool and throwing their empties around. I thought one guy was going to puke in the pool.I had my granddaughter with me.

The front desk staff was awesome! Steve greeted me with a big smile and made sure I understood the layout of the property. He went out to my car and introduced himself to my family and made sure they were ready to have a great time that week! The hotel was always being cleaned (ocean front hotel sees a lot of sand), breakfast was great, pool was great and access to the ocean is steps from the pool! The Tides restaurant (hotel restaurant) was a great place to grab some food and a beverage (fish tacos and a Kona Big Wave were a daily must)!

I loved the unique themed pool that they have vs standard basic hotel pools and how the beach was literally just a quick 5 minute walk. It’s the perfect spot if you want to catch the sunrise in the morning and then hit the pool after. I also loved how they had a really good variety of breakfast options for the free breakfast.

Outdoor pool area construction work was loud and disruptive. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was fair, but kitchen staff was extremely rude. We even saw one employee eating scones as she was restocking. No alarm clock in the room.

Had a great stay. Employees were friendly a polite . Several desk attendants no waiting in line. Very clean. Only issue no light on balcony . A/C exhaust blew hot air on us out side balcony it was already 90 degrees . But inside fine. I’d stay again .
