Room was upgraded for free and wonderful

Everything was nice.

We had a beautiful room over looking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was relaxing. We had reservations at Gordon Ramsay’s Steakhouse. The waiter was knowledgeable and personable and the meal was delicious. We were even able to visit with the executive chef. We enjoyed our time in the casino as well. A great visit.

Having traveled extensively around the world as a consultant, I’ve stayed in countless hotels across various countries. I can confidently say that this team ranks among the very best. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail reflect a world-class standard of hospitality. I would like to give special recognition to Miss Dawn, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of excellent. Her dedication and care truly stood out.
