Breakfast is ok. Not much choice of bread (only white bread during weekday). Air conditioning was good.

Yes parking felt safe

There was not complimentary breakfast so we did not partake

Everything Was Perfect

Rooms were great!!! Loved my whole stay…

1. Didn’t know where to park. Had to walk around in the street looking for parking options before finding there is a parking garage across the street underground. 2. I went to buy my kids food at the market around 7 and it was closed. Apparently the employee wanted to take a break so she closed the store. While we waited I sat down at the bar area and got told I had to move since my kids were with. I understand there are laws but we were just waiting for the market to open and watch basketball. 3. We got to the hotel around 11:00 and had to pay 50.00 to check in since we were early. If our room was ready, why not just let us check in? 4. Lastly, I didn’t know that parking would be 62.00. At that price you should have valet. This is the 1st place we’ve stayed in Chicago without valet in a long time, if ever. Overall, the place was nice, clean and convenient for the train station but let us down inways.
