The proximity to O'Hare is unbeatable, and it was easy to book a room when our flight was delayed overnight. The room was clean, check-in was quick and the lighting was warm and cozy. However, the shower was in ill repair with water pouring from the spout and not draining during a shower. There was no physical room service menu in the room, just a QR code and full details (room service hours, ingredients) were impossible to find online. I was disappointed that no extra toiletries were provided (makeup wipes, cotton swabs, etc) which would be really nice given the hotel is connected to the airport, and I'm sure many guests may be staying unexpectedly and without luggage, as we were.
